Jingles: Ta-Koda's Follow The Christmas Star

Jingles was born on Dec 23, 2020 to our beautiful bitch Twinkles, GCh Ta-Koda's Written N The Star's By Alpha and the handsome OJ, Ch Hi-Life PNW Big Bang. He started his show career at a UKC going Best Novice Puppy In Show his first time in the ring and taking a Reserve BNP the next day. He made his debut in AKC at the Boston Terrier Club of Portland winning the Bred By Class at both of their shows, then again winning both Bred-By classes at the Clackamas KC, and taking a Reserve Winners Dog on Sun to the dog who went on to take Best of Breed.

The following week he started July with a BANG at the Mt Bachelor KC he won Winners Dog all 3 days and was Best of Breed 2 of the 3 days and earned a Group 4 placement at just 6 months and 8 days of age.
Through the month of July he was shown in 8 shows.
He was Winners Dog in 7 of them, Best of Winners in 5, and earned 12 of the 15 points he needs for his Championship.
In Aug he was Reserve Winners Dog at both Western Washington Specialties.
He now only needs a 3 point major to become an AKC Champion.
Jingles became a Champion in December 2021, just a few weeks shy of his first birthday. Becoming our fastest finisher. As he has started to mature he has started winning breeds.
In late May 2022 we traveled to Fairbanks Alaska where he had a fabulous weekend going bred in 4/4 shows to finish his Grand Championship, a Owner-Handler Group 1, a Regular Group 4 and An Owner-Handler Best In Show! Just a few weeks later in June he won a huge Breed win at the Clackamas Kennel Club shows during The Boston Terrier Club of Portland supported entry.
He followed that up the next weekend in Redmond Oregon going Breed in 2/3 shows a Regular Group 4, a Owner-Handler Group 2 and 2, Owner-Handler Group 1s. We are so excited to see what the future holds for this bright young "Star"

These 2 photos of Jingles were taken exactly 1 year apart, on July 1, 2021 (top) and July 1, 2022 (bottom) they really show the maturity a dog can go through in a year.

GCH Widget's What I Like About You!

In July 2017 Lyssa started showing George in Jrs and they quickly became a winning team. She completed her Novice wins in just 4 shows and has now moved up to Open Juniors. She also showed him to over 1/2 of his Grand Champion points completing his Grand in Sept 2017.

George came to stay with us in July of 2016. We had plans for George to retire after he got his Grand Championship, however he and Lyssa became fast friends and he is now her Jrs dog. She has also continued to show him in breed classes. George is a super sweet boy who we co own with our friend Mardi and Tony Tillbrook of
BraJa Boston Terriers in Vancouver Wash.

Matt and Lyssa June 2011

We lost Matt in Nov of 2013, and our hearts and home with never be the same without his calm mellow presence. These pictures were taken at our June 2011 Specialty, where I entered Matt in Parade of Champions so that Lyssa could take him in and "Show" him. They both had a GREAT time. Here is a pict of them in the ring and one of them waiting to go in.

Lyssa and Matt picts

These are of Matt and Lyssa. She spent almost 30 min trying to put his leash on so she could take him for a walk. She kept putting the snap through the loop in the collar then she would grab the end and try to walk him and it would just fall out so she would grab his collar again and try to put it back on his collar. I laughed and laughed cause he was just so patient with her but every now and then he would look up at me with this exspresion that said "Seriously, does this kid have nothing better to do?" you can totally see that exspresion in several of the picts.
